This policy explains what information Ordrio collects through this website and the Ordrio app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you send us through the inquiry form

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, store website, approximate monthly orders and your message.

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss whether Ordrio fits your business. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Information processed for businesses that use Ordrio

Businesses that use Ordrio connect their Shopify store. Ordrio then processes their order data, such as order numbers, customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order totals, courier tracking details and payment status, so their team can confirm, ship and track orders.

We process this data on behalf of the business that owns the store, only to provide the Ordrio service to them.

Where information is stored and how it is protected

• Data is stored on secured servers and accessed only over encrypted connections.
• Access is limited to people who need it to run and support the service.
• Backups are encrypted before they are stored off the server.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about Ordrio, and delete them on request. Store data is kept for as long as the business uses Ordrio, unless the business asks us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing inquiry@ordrio.ai.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Ordrio app uses only the storage it needs to keep you signed in.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
